Injectors 48 lbs/hr or less are high impedance or Saturation style. The injector driver is fully on during the entire injector pulse width. This design reduces heat build up and dissipation at the driver but will have a slower driver response time.
Injectors 50 lbs/hr and up are low impedance or Peak & Hold style. The injector driver has battery voltage applied until a predetermined level is reached. The current is then reduced and held during the duration of the pulse width. The driver response time is quicker than high impedance, but the driver is subjected to increased heat.

Fuel injector coils are molded from an aerospace grade material, and each coil is machine wound within micro-meter tolerances. This decreases the injector activation time required at the start of each duty cycle
Coils are encased in Kapton tape and molded to protect against electrical current leaching while under severe load.
Injector connectors are molded out of aerospace grade material.
Solid copper terminals are used on each connector to increase current flow to the coil.
Oversize terminals and plug guide pins are manufactured for tighter fit and less terminal corrosion.
A fine-mesh strainer protects against fuel contaminants.
External o-rings are manufactured of a polyelastamer compound which resists the various oils and fuel additives found in performance fluids.
